The Gallatin River Ranch (GRR) Homeowner's Association was established to provide governance, services, architectural review, and covenant enforcement in the GRR. All property owners on GRR are members of the Association. Services provided include road maintenance, safety, and security services. The Gallatin River Ranch Rural Fire Department is a separate entity that provides fire protection and emergency health services on the Ranch.
There are a number of homes and properties for sale through the Developer of GRR as well as a number of other real estate companies. You will find information about the Gallatin River Ranch at the Developer's website: http://www.gallatinriverranch.com/.
If you are interested in, or plan to purchase, property on GRR you should review the Declaration of Conditions, Protective Covenants, and Reservations for Gallatin River Ranch and the GRRHOA Bylaws. These are shown in the BUILDING ON GRR section of this website. All property owners become GRRHOA members and must comply with our protective covenants.
Any building project that alters the appearance of your property on GRR requires review and approval by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Our covenants require review of any new building project including: new homes; exterior remodeling of existing homes; all additional buildings such as a second garage, guest quarters, barns, stables, riding facilities, horse shelters, chicken coops; fences; wells; and landscaping. All projects must be submitted to the ARC in writing with plans compliant with our covenants. The details of these requirements are contained in the BUILDING ON GRR section of this website. To initiate the ARC process or inquire about it, contact: GRRHOA Architecture Review; c/o Luna Properties, attn; Kathi Cowdrey; 40 East Main Street, Suite 210, Bozeman MT; 59715; 406.582.7490.
