GRR is bordered to the south by 2.5 miles of private fishing access to the Gallatin River with beautiful marshland and maintained park access areas. As a responsible steward committed to protecting our lands, over 2,000 acres of GRR is dedicated to common area that will never be developed.

Blue Ribbon Fishing Access
Gallatin River Ranch stretches along 2.5 miles of the Gallatin River. With private access, our residents enjoy exclusive access for walking/wading and floating. GRR has a private boat launch as well as two common areas that provide river access. GRR is also located central to premier fly fishing rivers including the Madison, Jefferson, Yellowstone and Missouri Rivers.

World Class Skiing
Gallatin River Ranch is central to some of the best skiing the US has to offer. The Ranch is about a one hour drive to the world famous Big Sky Resort. With over 5800 skiable acres. Our local resort, Bridger Bowl is also within an hour. Featuring family friendly skiing with great snow, at a reasonable rate.

Bozeman, Montana
Gallatin River Ranch residents enjoy all of the benefits of rural, ranch living with the added benefit of only being 30 miles away from Bozeman, Montana. With a population of just over 40,000 residents, Bozeman is not only home to the Montana State University Bobcats, but features great restaurants, shopping and all of the big city necessities.

Equestrian Center
Gallatin River Ranch features a privately owned, state of the art Equestrian Center. Offering a 40 stall barn, both indoor and outdoor arenas, automatic waterers, heated floors and many other amenities. Yellowstone National Park
We are located just over 100 miles from the North Yellowstone entrance at Gardiner, Montana. Yellowstone is first US National Park and features over 3500 square miles of some of the most scenic landscape in the world. Whether you are looking to do some camping, hiking, animal watching, fishing, snowmobiling or exploring, there are endless options for visiting Yellowstone year around.

Community Picnic Area
In addition to the extensive common areas on the Gallatin River Ranch that will never be developed, residents also enjoy a member’s only park and picnic area. The GRR picnic area is the perfect spot to throw in a fishing pole, or reserve the covered area with BBQ grills, fire pit and tables for your next party. Our picnic area also features an arena and restrooms for owner use.
